Install two ice machine condenser units on flat roof at rear of property, near hvac condensers, per application received on 1/31/13 and specs received and stamped vcc approved on 2/4/13. Specifically, these new condensers, each measuring approximately 24x34x25 will be located on the downriver side of the flat roof, near the rear wall of the three-story service wing of 519 royal, indicated by the shaded area in the attached photo stamped vcc approved.

Repair, rebuild, or replace in kind, as necessary, two pairs of rot-damaged shutters on 2nd floor, royal st. Faade. These repairs are being carried out in response to the vcc violation letter of 1/9/2013. Paint new/repaired shutters to match existing, using narragansett green, hc-157 (benjamin moore or equal) or still water, sw 6223.

To install a walk-in freezer, per attached detail sheet & drawing dated 05/03/06; submitted 12/05/12 & stamped vcc approved 12/13/12 as follows:

To do the following work per vieux carr commission approval granted january 15, 2013; drawings & specifications received 12/05/12 & stamped vcc approved 05/23/13; and letter of intent submitted 01/08/13: install a new walk-in freezer unit in the rear courtyard, adjacent to the service ell, in the same location as it was pre- katrina the new freezer will measure 15-5 long x 8-8 wide x 8-6 high the city of new orleans zoning administrator has determined that this installation does not require bza approval for a waiver of open space requirements freezer shall be removed no later than 01/15/2017
